原理图和PCB有可能是orcad或者allgro画的，你试试用着两种软件。

你是怎样打开开发板的程序的，是使用CCS吗？哪个版本？有什么错误提示？
你可以下载ExpressPCB来打开和编辑硬件原理图。

原理图有PDF版本，如果要打开，可以尝试楼上介绍的软件。
里面的程序要通过CCSv5导入。
