F28027芯片自带示例的驱动与其他TI自带的示例驱动完全不同的结构，这样很方便，以后会不会都使用这种结构啊？
F28027上用的是API的结构。还有另外的structure, header file的结构。
后面其他芯片也会逐步做一些API的例程出来，但没那么快。
