USER_IQ_FULL_SCALE_VOLTAGE_V
USER_PWM_FREQ_kHz
等，
但这个有没有一个明显的界限，比如设置USER_PWM_FREQ_kHz频率时，没有一个确定值的设置方法？

一般10^ -5级别的电感的电机，我会认为是低感电机。
