F28M35H芯片以太网MII Management Registers(MR0)设置问题

想请教MII Management Registers如何设置，我用的芯片是F28M35H52C1，想让以太网进行内环测试，即Ethernet PHY Management Register 0 (MR0)的LOOPBK位置位，想请教怎么写程序语句？

另外做回环测试是不是只要设置LOOPBK置位，其他寄存器正常设置即可？
