当外设正在使用XINTF的XD和XA接口时（即XHOLDA输出和XHOLD输入都为低电平），DSP刚好需要操作XINTF接口，DSP是否会将XHOLDA置高来操作XINTF口，还是会等待外设将XHOLD置为高电平？
XHOLDA和XHOLD都为低时，XD和XA已经为高阻状态，之后XHOLDA会随着XHOLD被释放，DSP开始操作。
