TMS320F280049: 支持哪些仿真器

目前用XDS100仿真器，出现报错，

IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -233 @ 0x0) The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken. An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed. The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault. (Emulation package 8.0.27.9)；

不知道是这个仿真器不支持F280049呢，还是使用问题。
