您好，

我设计了一款PCB， 上面有一款28335DSP， 采用外部仿真器JTAG下载。我在一款购买的开发板上写好了程序， 并且验证通过， 但是在将程序下载到我自己设计的PCB板上时， 出现连接错误。具体是， 当我采用CCS的“Connect”时， 出现错误：

Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x00001200/-1135
Error during: OCS, Target, 
Unrecoverable emulation error
