关于28377D 16bit差分输入的ADC的问题

我用官网给出的12bit单端信号采用的ADC例程改成16bit差分输入的时候没有成功。我把

AdcaRegs.ADCCTL2.bit.SIGNALMODE = 1; // single-ended channel conversions (12-bit mode only)
AdcaRegs.ADCCTL2.bit.RESOLUTION = 1; // 12-bit resolution

改成这样，但是采样的结果还是12bit的，请问这是什么原因？
