你好。

我现在在学习TI的280X，在实验板上模拟TI头文件的ADC例程时，经常会无法执行程序，提示PLL不起作用，但是有时又会好用（期间没有更改任何设置及硬件），不知道为什么会出现这个情况，外部晶振没问题的，程序设置是TI的例程也没问题的，不知道还和那些有关系？会不会和ADC有关系？谢谢。
