各位大虾：
小弟在使用TMS320F2802做逆变器控制，做了10块板子，其中有一块总是在工作一段时间后自动死机，停止输出。后来用仿真器仿真了一下，发现是系统进入了“illegal operation ”中断，出不来了。
问题是这个“非法操作”中断是怎么进入的，查看IFR和IER都是正常的呀。附上仿真的截图。
我用的是windows XP32bit，CCS3.3，仿真器是TI的SEED 510 USB。
有没有人遇到过类似的情况啊~~给点建议啊，不然生产有风险啊
