low-speed peripheral clock和XCLKOUT这两个时钟频率分别用在什么场合？只用一个可以吗？
C2000中的外设分两种 一种是高速外设 一种是低速外设
所以也就有了高速外设时钟和低速外设时钟
你说的XCLKOUT应该是MCU器件上的一个时钟输出引脚
一般做为上电后判断DSP是否正常工作或者作为其他外设模块的同步时钟使用 频率同样可以配置
低速时钟是给低速外设用的，比如串口。XCLKOUT是输出到芯片外的，可以拿来测试，或是给其他芯片。
所以根据需要，一般低速时钟是需要的，给通信接口供电。XCLKOUT如果不需要就可以不用。
