没有CCSV3.3中的On-Chip Flash tools，直接按Load Program会自动烧写的。
View-->Target configuration中设定仿真器和芯片的参数。
Load Program我也没找到在哪儿菜单下，Load Program不是在把程序装载到ram中吗？
