看了手册上的描述，感觉blank window的前后 是不具备滤波效果的，那下图中的信号如果出现在window的前或后这个位置，是不是就不会被滤掉了？

blanking window的用法是，当信号在窗口期间产生时，会被忽略。
比如，当信号的上升沿在在窗口之前产生，就会产生事件；
而在窗口内产生，就不会产生事件。
