捕获单元肯定是可以同时使用的 每个捕获单元都可以配置自己的通用定时器 也有自己的捕获寄存器
只需交叉做每个捕获单元对应的两个寄存器之差
每一个eCAP模块都是独立的，包括有独立的eCAP输入引脚eCAP1/2/……
