根据TMS320F2810 Data Manual,Literature Number SPRS174S,page 18，最后一段话：
（3）PU=pin has interrupt pullup...The pullups/pulldowns are enabled in boundary scan mode.
请问这句话的意思是说只有在boundary scan 模式下，pullups/pulldowns才被使能吗？在其他模式下，有没有上下拉功能？在启动过程中，这个上下拉是否存在？
这是因为有客户问到，pullups/pulldowns是否在boundary scan 模式下使能，所以加了这句话。
应该这样说：The pullups/pulldowns are enabled in boundary scan mode and normal mode. ( Always enable.)
