CCS5中怎么把程序加载到外部的ram中运行

程序放到内部ram中运行调试正常，我修改CMD文件，把程序放到片外RAM中运行，点那个小虫子调试，可是程序无法加载到外部ram，提示文件验证出错。

但我在CCS3.3上调试都很正常，是不是CCS5没有对总线初始化啊，我需要把程序加载到外部ram调试应当怎么设置啊。
