现在我有一块DSP28335的最小系统版，刚上电时，所有GPIO都出现高电平这还是为什么呢？是正常现象么？即使我配置为输入模式，该引脚依然会出现高电平，这是怎么回事呢？
刚上电会出现高电平 你的意思是你的程序将其控制为输出低电平 上电瞬间是高电平吗
上电瞬间可能由于加载和初始化等 会有一定的时间 GPIO不被控制
如果没有程序控制 测到高电平是正常的 与输入输出配置没关系
