TMS320F28377D: EMIF1总线切换问题

1、使用TMS320F28377D EMIF1总线上挂载SDRAM 、FPGA和双端口RAM，CPU1需要访问SDRAM和FPGA，CPU2需要访问双端口RAM。请问EMIF1总线可以来回在CPU1和CPU2之间来回切换吗？

2、假如可以来回切换，这个切换总线有没有延迟，会不会影响外挂设备的访问？
