上图的cmd文件拷贝到工程中不知道为什么是无效状态，编译也通不过，然后我把它拖到工程的一个子文件夹下就可以了。如下图
不知道哪里没有设置好？
在文件上右键 Resource Configurations -> Exclude from Build，对应的选项中打钩，则表示在此状态中这个文件在build时不执行，需要恢复把钩去掉就行了
