您用的是float的License吧。
建议把所有步骤重新小心操作一下，看看有没有问题。
具体的TI有专门的负责licenses的部门，这件事情我也没法帮你，你写邮件（英文），到负责licenses的部门问一下吧。还有下面是FAQ也看一下。
