最近学习InstaSPIN，关于user.h中配置了很多滤波器极点，有一点疑问想请教TI工程师：
一般写软件滤波时，是如何确定截止频率的，因为很多干扰并不知道其频率。
不知道频率，自然无法确定截止频率，试验测定和估计吧
