我装的是从TI网站上下载ccs3.3使用版（120天），昨天装完后用了一下好使，今天再运行这个软件就出现“试图加载格式不正确”对话框，不知如何解决。

CCSV3.3不支持64位机，不支持WIN7。建议考虑使用CCSV5。
另外我看到您用的好像是6000系列DSP，可以单独发给帖子在6000系列的论坛问问。
