小弟菜鸟求教大神我这个tms320f28027的原理图是否正确

原理图用附件在附件里面，我已经划出PCB了，检查了线路也是联通的，可是就是考不进程序，说是无法连接板子。。。我实在不知道该怎么办了，这个原理图是参考了很多其他板子设计的，也参考了datasheet有些也有改动，谢谢大神了！！主要看DSP的逻辑电路，其它不用管！求求大神啦！！！
