I want to check whether C2000-GANG support the TMS320F28379D? My customer could program on TMS320F28379D using XDS220 correctly. But when they switch to C2000-GANG, there always be ERROR 69:DSP firmware start. And they have already updated to the newest version Firmware. Please see below screen shot.
I have checked that in TI.com C2000-GANG that it shows that this C2000-GANG support F28379D device. Could you help me clarify the case and troubleshooting? Thanks a lot.
