將可DEBUG程式以 copy past 新生新, 執行DEBUG 出現 Target must be connected before loading program錯誤訊息，
报错的意思就是说装载程序之前请先连接目标器件。
有執行verify connection 結果為 The JTAG DR Integrity scan-test has succeeded.
DEBUG 後還是會出現 Target must be connected before loading program錯誤訊息，
工程2和1是一摸一样的？仅仅是工程名有变化？
