这款芯片新增的input x-bar 和output x-bar 功能
我能不能这么理解这两个功能：
1.output x-bar可以将DSP内部的一些信号引出到任意一个GPIO口上
2.input x-bar可以将任意一个GPIO口的信号，引到DSP内部，比如任何一个GPIO口的信号，都可以配制成EPWM模块的TZ信号
可以这么理解，但是注意看指南中那些信号可以输入和输出。
