今天DSP一上电就发烫，断电后，用万用表测量，发现1.8V和3.3V都与地短接，但是上电的时候，DSP竟然还能与仿真器连接，不但如此，还能下载程序到片内RAM,还能仿真调试，这能说明DSP已损坏吗？还是其他原因导致的。。。求大神指导
