字体和颜色你可以通过设置Window->General->Appearance->Colors and Fonts来选择。
界面调整你是指怎么调整？窗口的位置你直接拖就可以了，如你截图的下边和右面的两个窗口可以重叠每次看一个，像左边的工程列表一样。不需要的窗口关掉后，可以在View中找到再打开。
