是不是cpu2是无法配置input x-bar，outout x-bar的，也不能响应input x-bar产生的事件
只有CPU1能够配置input X bar 和output X bar寄存器。但是CPU2可以用这些信号。
例如：通过input X bar 作为某个TZ信号，当CPU1把PWM给CPU2时，CPU2是可以用这个TZ的信号的。

InputXbar的寄存器你看technical reference manual 中的7.11.1.
至于其他寄存器，你用到哪个外设就去哪个模块的寄存器中查看吧。
