您好，我用ccsv4建立了一个项目，点击build project编译成功，生成一个.out文件。然后用xds100v2仿真器连接2812控制板，连接成功后点击load project，选择刚才生成的.out文件，弹出错误窗口如下，请问这是什么原因？麻烦工程师帮忙看看。

你按照提示的路径能不能找到这个out文件？
不建议使用中文路径，可以改为英文路径后再尝试
