TMS320F28377D: 程序烧进FLASH，重新上电程序消失

Part Number: TMS320F28377D

想把程序烧写进板子 重新上电后仍能运行程序

但是现在烧到FLASH后 带着仿真器的那次程序都正常运行，但是一掉电后程序就没反应了

是因为加入CLA的原因吗？  cla不工作了？导致变量没变化了？（变量给了一个LED灯）

用的是官方的CMD，也声明了_FLASH
