对于f290039芯片中，我公司画了10块板子，其中有2块全新板子在市电情况下烧入不进去程序，但是在直流稳压源供电情况下可以正常烧入，不知道为啥？你们有相关问题借鉴吗？（我个人有点怀疑f280039最小电路有问题，您有相关电路吗？我想对比一下）
这种情况推测下来问题可能与板子的供电部分有关系。
