大家好，我想请教一个基本问题，DSP烧写程序时，如果DSP只有3.3V供电，没有外部晶振，可以通过烧写器(例如100XDSV3)烧录程序吗？如果没有外部晶振，是否可以用仿真器通过DSP内部晶振烧录？
可以，因为默认就是使用内部晶振INTOSC2的。
