没有。TINA是用来做电路仿真的。比较复杂的编程控制器很少可以做软件模拟仿真。
就我知道的而言，proteus可以做51单片机的仿真，并可以结合外围电路仿真；Keil中有一些Arm CM核单片机的simulator，但也只能跑程序，不能做电路仿真。
