我在研究TI的FOC例程，这个SVPWM的方法
当我想控制SVPWM在正六边形的内切圆时，alpha和beta的矢量和为0.577，输出的Ta最大也是0.577，大于0.5了
在更新CMPA时，值大于EPWM的周期值了
Til例程中，以上下计数为例，技术最大值为PeriodMax,则pwm周期为计2*PeriodMax所用时间
注意HalfPerMax=0.5*PeriodMax
HalfPerMax，即Ta的取值范围【-1,1】，对应CMPA取值【0，PeriodMax】
