TMS320F28377D: DELAY函数失效

用CCS导入了一个买板子自带的简单例程,6个led灯闪灭,之前是正常的但是不知道什么原因再次导入程序,delay函数不管用了,自己重建重写也不管用,板子上的led常亮,麻烦大神帮忙指点指点,感谢了,代码如下
