你现在跑的是bulid_level1还是build level2? 建议从build level1开始跑，是开环程序，可以慢慢上电压，看输出。

你需要到TI官网下载controlsuite，然后安装，如果选择默认安装目录，在以下目录就会看到源代码：
C:\TI\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVPSFB_v1.1
