280049的driverlib为何要把ramfuncs段改名.TI.ramfunc呢？
C2000官方代码里面都叫做ramfuncs，新的driverlib库改名.TI.ramfunc，在280049构建sys/bios时是否需要ramfuncs，.TI.ramfunc同时存在，如何分配
如果使用driverlib，就应该建立.TI.ramfunc section
如果两者同时存在，可以使用group关键字将两者分配在同一RAM区，也可以分配到不同RAM区，这个并不会影响程序的运行。
