这里提示不能设置CPU为90M，但是28069可以跑到90Mhz
BIOS.cpuFreq配置的并不是CPU的实际频率，而是告诉BIOS CPU的频率是多少[1]。CPU的频率是通过配置PLL来实现的[2][3]。
底下的warning就是在说BIOS.cpuFreq与PLL配置出来的时钟不吻合。PLL的配置是在Boot module中。
