28034核心板问题

自己焊了一块28034（80引脚）的核心板，数字3.3v和数字地之间有短路，上电时发现电源指示灯没亮，赶紧拔下电源，不知DSP芯片会不会烧坏。

然后用万用表测了一下数字3.3v和数字地之间的电阻，200欧左右；再上电，电源指示灯亮，下电，3.3v和地之间的电阻值是50欧左右，然后慢慢

增加到200欧左右。

我估计芯片是烧坏了。
