TMS320F280025 I2C 向EEPROM写数据时，SCL一直一直变成低电平 不可恢复 出问题之前，如图所示，向06 07地址写入0x1234 数据，不知为啥后面还跟着发了一个器件地址
需要把I2CMDR 的RM位置1就恢复了
