根据TMS320F28003x的用户手册，芯片的RAM结构如下。
但是关于访问的仲裁机制，目前在文档中只找到了对于LSx RAM和GSx RAM的分析，因此想请教一下各位专家关于4个message RAM是否存在访问仲裁机制？（比如DMA TO CLA MSGRAM是否支持DMA在写数据的同时，CLA同时进行读数据）
仲裁机制是跟local shared memory一致的。
