DSP在工作中烧录程序的话会有概率出现一段时间的高电平，时间从300ms到500ms不等，然后才被拉低。应该是烧录时PWM时钟没了但是输出没复位，这个如何解决？
这个问题是在程序运行过程中直接烧录才会出现的吧？如果要重新烧录，先下电，连接调试器（更进一步的话可以把boot mode选择到get boot mode，烧录完成后再切回到flash boot mode），然后烧录程序再运行。
