烧写带有密码的程序后，在CCS5.3平台如何解密？找不到on-chip Flash
工程设置中Properties->Debug->F28035 Flash Settings中可以设置密码，或者你可以使用DSP2803x_CSMPasswords.asm文件。
进入debug界面后，连接芯片，然后点击菜单tool，里面就有on chip flash.
