我用的是win8.1，刚重装的，但是装ccs4.12时就显示不支持，安装时就出现错误安装不了，安装5时，就会显示

有按有些帖子那样说，卸载，把所有的历史都删除再装，但是还是不行，为什么所有的版本都不行的，求救啊
