现在有两块DSP板子，DSP1设置了7个发送ID，7个接收ID，DSP2也是，简单的设置两板之间一发一收的功能，共有7个循环，但是问题出现在先发送的DSP1接收不到第5个和第7个数据帧，DSP2板子无法接收第5个数据帧，不知道原因是什么
DSP2板内的中断很简单就是收到后转发
