当DSP的XINTF数据总线仅使用了XD15-XD0与外设连接，那么XD31-XD16能否做普通IO？比如复用为串口？
上一贴中说了地址总线仅使用XA7-XA0时，XA19-XA8可以不连，但不能作为普通IO。故有此问。
可以将XD31~XD16作为普通IO口使用，需将XINTF配置为16位模式
如果仅使用了XD15-XD0，可以配置XINTF为16-bit mode，高16位不会被使用，可以复用为其它功能。
