如果是你使用CCS的话，编译后会生成.map文件，这个文件可以知道存储空间使用情况。
关于CPU利用率，可以连接芯片，加载进程序，然后打开clock 工具，这个工具在debug界面的run菜单下。例如要测试中断占用了多少CPU时间，可以在中断起始设置断点，enable clock工具，再在中断结束出设置一个断点，然后运行。从clock可以看出这段代码运行了多少个系统时钟周期。
