不知道TI有没有像STM32那样的库函数查询手册，这样可对官方例程有人全面清晰的认识

C2000都是以寄存器结构体形式配置，相对库函数效率更高，更适合实时应用
F28335的例程结构是配置寄存器的结构，不是API方式，可以参考文档C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2833x\v133\doc。
F28069，F28027就有API的例程，controlSUITE中也有例程的API说明文档。
