以前的芯片跳转到Flash执行时，都是把codestart段放在0x003F7FF6处执行，现在发现F28377D跳转到Flash执行时把codestart段放在0x080000处执行了，现在变成这样了？
boot to flash 的入口地址换了而已，这个跟芯片的boot ROM的代码相关。2837x的存储空间跟以前的C2000芯片都大很多，重新分配一下地址没什么问题。
